Do you have doubts about how our hostel works? Here’s what we know… Here you can find the answer!

When do I have to pay for the reservation?

Standard rate: Payment is made upon arrival.

Non-refundable rate: Payment is made at the same time as the booking.

Group rate: (more than 3 rooms) : special conditions, deposit 30% + transfer before the day of arrival

Why do we need your credit card when booking?

Please note that the credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and issue a locator number. In general, we will not make any charges until we reach the Hostel, where they can decide how to pay. We will only charge if they do not show up or cancel out of time or in case of a non-refundable fee (see cancellation policy).

What is included in the price of the reservation?

The prices on our website include the rates with all taxes included. Prices are final, and there are no costs

Which credit cards do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and America Express

How can I cancel/modify my reservation at no cost?

If the rate is Non-Refundable it cannot be cancelled or modified. If not, you must contact us or the operator where you have booked at least 48 hours before your arrival. Otherwise, the first night will be charged, and if the total of the reservation is not presented.

The Hospedería will not be responsible for reservations made on third parties and for the terms and conditions that have been accepted..

Is it possible to check in or check out outside of official hours?

Check-in: from 13:00

Check-Out: before 11.30.

In case you want to arrive before check-in or leave after official hours, you should contact the Hospedería to check availability and price

However, it has free luggage storage service.

Can I book breakfast?

Yes, albeit on request. The property works with local cafés. And it has 4 of them less than 5 meters from the access to the Hospedería. They are located in the Trinity Square. Breakfast hours are from 7.30am to 12pm

Do you have Parking?

Unfortunately we do not have our own parking, but 200 meters from the Luís de Góngora Hostel, you can find a garage. This is the closest and most economical in the area, at a cost of 12 euros/ day

Is there an elevator at the hotel? Is it suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately we do not have an elevator when we are located in a building within the historic center. But our 3 floors are easily accessible.

Please note that the hostel is not suitable for people with wheelchairs or reduced mobility.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

What if I forget something in the room?

Let us know, we will locate your forgetfulness, and you can send to any company specialized in home delivery. You should be aware that shipments have a high additional cost both nationally and internationally. The Luís de Góngora Hostel is not responsible for lost items in common rooms and / or rooms nor are we obliged to send them.

Do you accept groups the Luís de Góngora Hostelry?

Please note that for reservations of more than 3 rooms, different policies will apply.

What do the rooms have?

Sheets, blankets, one pillow per person, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap. They are equipped with private bathroom, TV, radio, air conditioning, heating and free WI-FI in the rooms and common areas.

Is it possible to put an extra bed or baby cot in the room?

If possible, but you should check with reservations to check availability and rate

Is it possible to share the bed?

Existing beds can be accommodated by children under 2 years old.
